Electric heating system: Voltage 220V or 380V,frequency 50Hz

Water cycle heating system:water temperature 50⁰C~70⁰C,pressure ≥0.05MPa

Mold working temperature:40⁰C~60⁰C

Air holes:diameter is φ3mm~φ4mm, the number is 4 ~6.

Surface roughness requirements for mold forming:Ra≤1.6mm

Mold material:Cast aluminium alloy ZL105,LY12

The mold wall thickness:≥15mm

Gap between mold and product ≥0.5mm
